Caravan Canopy commercial grade 10x10 easy-up tent - $170 (Murphys)

I'm selling this nice, commercial/vendor grade easy-up style shade canopy.
It's a Caravan DisplayShade 10'x10'.
It's heavier duty than the usual, non-commercial canopy.
Both the frame and top cover are heavy and tough.
It comes with walls; they seem to be less commercial grade.
The frame and top are in excellent, like-new condition.
The walls show some wear with some yellowing and one rip down low on the front door.
It also comes with a storage case and a little stuff sack with tie-downs and the instruction manual.
The roller case is missing one wheel and is generally pretty worn.
But the canopy itself is great.
It's heavy, probably 60-70 lbs.
