SUMMARY: Responsible for the supervision of all staff in assigned Food & Beverage work areas.
Coordinates efforts for the assigned venue’s day-to-day operations following department policies and procedures.
The Supervisor’s position will primarily be to supervise the staff in the assigned areas, but at times may include assisting with additional areas and events.
This individual must maintain the highest values towards guest service, Team Member development and Team Member’s morale.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to)
Supervises hourly Team Members in assigned areas.
Writes and posts weekly schedules for Team Members according to volume of business in a timely manner.
Maintains a high standard of professionalism and works well with all Team Members.
Ensures the presentation level, timeliness of orders for guest service to maintain Guest satisfaction.
Provides courteous guest service and adheres to Guest Service Standards.
Promotes and ensures that we operate in line with company Mission and Values
Coordinates work areas, schedules or duties as assigned.
Orders products as needed to maintain par levels.
Documents all significant occurrences for Manager using appropriate tools.
Leads by example and assists Team Members on assigned shifts.
Adjusts ticket transactions such as voids, splitting and transferring checks following approved procedures.
Monitors time reports for the department.
Assists with end-of-month inventory.
Works cooperatively with multiple departments to effectively monitor and control the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
Provides coaching and counseling, monitors performance and conducts necessary Team Member conversations.
Performs routine equipment inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order.
Adheres to and ensures all policies and procedures are followed
Performs other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have an Associate degree in Hospitality or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory experience in a hospitality operation with an emphasis on full service food and beverage and/or bowling center operations with full food and beverage service preferred.
Recent experience in a Food & Beverage leadership capacity.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must possess a high school diploma, G.
E.
D.
or equivalent.
Must complete ServSafe and Responsible Alcohol Service certification or have proof of current certification.
Must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
Must possess excellent guest service skills.
Must have ability to learn and operate point-of-sale system.
Must possess good reasoning and sound judgment.
Must possess cash-handling skills.
Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test
Must be able to obtain a valid gaming license.

S.
Physical Demands:
Must be physically able to perform all job requirements.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds and occasionally more with assistance.
Work Environment:
Must be able to work in a non-smoke free environment.
Must be able to work in a noisy environment.
Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
