Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Leader
Location: Modesto, CA
Position Overview: The Compensation and Benefits Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the compensation and benefits strategy for PSC.
This key position will be instrumental in driving our core value of 360-degree health and building programs to ensure that our team members are supported holistically in their wellness, including physical and mental health.
Salary Range: $120,000- $181,000 base compensation
Responsibilities:
Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement a pay for performance and 360-degree health strategy that supports the attraction, retention, and engagement of top talent.
Compensation Management: Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs.
Benefits Administration: Oversee the management and administration of team member benefits programs, including health, dental, vision and wellness initiatives.
Leave Management: Develop and administer policies and procedures related to leave management, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Compliance and Governance: Stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and mitigate risks related to compensation and benefits.
Vendor Management: Partner with external vendors and consultants to optimize service delivery and maximize the value of outsourced programs and services.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze key metrics and trends to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to total rewards initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Culture and Engagement: Foster a culture of wellness, inclusivity, and engagement by promoting our value of 360-degree health and providing resources and support for team members' personal and professional growth.
HRIS Support: Provide support to optimize the system to support compensation and benefits execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or other relevant certifications preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, preferably in a manufacturing or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, HRIS systems, and leave management practices.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
