*The Role*
As a member of our leadership team, the Dining Services Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of hospitality and customer service including guest satisfaction, service excellence, and dining area optics.
The Assistant Manager leads by example and creates a sense of teamwork and cooperation amongst the server team.
*Responsibilities include:*
· Assigns sections, side work, and other duties to server team, adjusting processes as necessary.
· Oversees daily operations in all dining areas to ensure standards are being met, making corrections and changes when needed.
· Maintains a leadership presence in dining areas during service times to monitor success and touch tables.
· Cultivates a positive team spirit and inspires exceptional customer service.
*Qualifications*
· Three or more years of front of house experience in a full-service restaurant or applicable hospitality experience including food safety knowledge and opening/closing processes.
· Three or more years leading or supervising a customer service team including staff training.
· The ability to thrive while flexing between hospitality functions and administrative tasks.
· Must recognize the benefit of serving a repeat customer base.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Requirements*
Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment DOJ/FBI criminal record clearance, TB test, drug screen, and employment history/professional reference verification.
Must be 18 years of age or older and fluent in English.
