Slot Operations Shift Supervisor
Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Slots team, the Slot Operations Shift Supervisor is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business.
The Slot Operations Shift Supervisor is responsible for ensuring all Guest-related questions, problems, and requests for service are promptly handled in a professional, timely manner and in accordance with departmental standards.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are being performed according to established departmental standards.
• Delegate and track assignments to ensure that all functions of the shift are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Enforce compliance with gaming policies, rules, and procedures.
• Assess situations, foresee potential issues, and devise effective solutions, especially under pressure.
• Ensure all Team Members follow Guest Service standards and address issues as they arise.
• Validate, process, and present jackpots and promotional prizes as necessary, in accordance with established procedures.
• Document procedures and processes, including inventory management.
• Assist in the maintenance and processing of all paperwork, logs, and communication pertaining to the Slot department.
• Apply cognitive reasoning to identify systemic issues early and propose solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
• Read, write, and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Demonstrate sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds when interacting with players.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Serves as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, training, and Team Member engagement.
• Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations to Leads and Team Members.
• Set and oversee objectives and development for Leads and Team Members.
• Develop and adjust schedules to align with business requirements.
• Assists with employment terminations exclusively under the guidance and oversight of department management.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
• 1+ years in Slot Operations.
• Familiarity with training Team Members.
• Advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and gaming repair skills.
• Basic math and project planning skills.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred qualifications:
• 1+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role.
