Transportation Operations Manager
As a Team Member of the Transportation Operations team, the Transportation Operations Manager is a CRCR Ambassador and takes personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business.
The Transportation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the operational activities to ensure efficiency and exceptional Guest service.
This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, a keen understanding of logistics and exceptional Guest service.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are being performed according to established departmental standards.
Ensure the efficient and safe transportation of CRCR Guests to and from the property, as well as protecting the fleet and Guests' vehicles while maintaining exceptional Guest service.
Develop, implement, and manage a transportation bus program and vehicle fleet for Team Members and Guests.
Ensure regular maintenance and inspection of vehicles to meet safety standards and enforce protocols to ensure the well-being of Team Members and Guests.
Recruit, train, and supervise transportation Team Members.
Implement and uphold exceptional Guest service standards for all transportation services.
Address and resolve Guest complaints or concerns related to CRCR transportation.
Stay current with transportation regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Work with legal and compliance teams to develop and maintain policies that align with regulatory requirements.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of Guests and Team Members.
Develop and implement transportation schedules to meet the varying demands of Casino Resort operations.
Generate regular reports on transportation metrics, including ridership, on-time performance, and Guest feedback.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Serve as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures while responsible for all department compliance.
Lead coaching, corrective counseling, and performance evaluations for Shift Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members.
Lead, maintain and foster timely communication, teamwork, and collaboration within their scope of responsibility.
Recruit, train, and motivate Shift Supervisors, Leads, and Team Members effectively regulating department headcounts and turnover rates.
Aid in drafting, creating, and updating policies and procedures under the guidance of Leadership.
Assist in budget creation, meeting revenue targets, managing expenses effectively, and ensuring adherence to annual budgetary limitations.
Oversee and lead employment terminations.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.
1+ years experience as a Transportation Operations Manager or Supervisor.
Familiarity with various Property Management Systems and/or Valet Systems.
Preferred qualifications:
2+ years in hospitality.
Additional industry certifications or degrees.
