We're looking for an experienced Project Management Administrator in the construction industry to join our team.
As a Project Manager Admin, your role involves delivering construction project documentations and administrative assistance for our clients.
You'll collaborate closely with clients, understanding their business objectives and offering strategic assistance to help them achieve their goals.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Client Relationships:* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior executives.
* *Analysis and Recommendations:* Analyze and research to develop recommendations and solutions that address client needs.
* *Communication:* Develop and deliver reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
* *Process Improvement:* Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* *Assessment:* Conduct assessments of construction projects and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
* *Strategic Planning:* Track the development and implementation of strategies to optimize project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* *Collaboration:* Collaborate with other consultants and subject matter experts to develop and deliver cross-functional projects for clients in various industries.
* *Invoicing:* Learn and assist invoice process and meet deadlines.
QA & QC tracking of invoices.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Experience in the consulting industry or a related field preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
