*Responsibilities:*
* Detect financial vulnerabilities
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to oversee hedging strategies, evaluating various hedging tools and methods.
* Keep a vigilant watch on trends and conditions in commodity markets to guide the hedging approach.
* Scrutinize data and market trends to pinpoint prospects for risk reduction and enhanced profitability.
* Apply risk-mitigating adjustments to current operational methodologies to minimize future hazards.
* Develop a budget dedicated to risk management.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Dairy Management).
* Proficiency in computer operations, data entry, and MS Office.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude.
* Discretion in handling private and confidential information.
* Attentive to details with strong organizational finesse.
* Robust familiarity with risk management and prior exposure to risk-related roles (e.
g.
, risk assistant or risk analyst).
* Experience dealing with insurance policies.
* Solid grasp of Dairy markets is essential.
* Experience in commodity trading within the Dairy market.
*Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:*
Certification as a Professional Risk Manager (PRM) is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
