On-site, experienced Apartment Manager for a senior apartment community in the Turlock area.
Previous apartment management experience REQUIRED.
Must be self-motivated, professional, very organized, detail orientated, and have excellent customer service skills.
Computer proficiency required.
Must have good rental references, a credit score above 650, and a non-smoking household.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Rent collections and recording
• Thorough knowledge and compliance with all Fair Housing laws
• Scheduling, coordinating, and supervising maintenance staff and vendors, when necessary
• Ordering maintenance supplies
• Effective enforcement of all Community Rules & Regulations
• Daily online marketing, showing & renting vacant units
• Completing required reports
• Responding to resident maintenance requests and complaints
• Perform routine property physical inspections of units and grounds
• Planning and coordination of activities and events for residents
• Other duties as assigned
This position is full-time, and offers a 2 bedroom apartment, plus salary and benefits package including medical, dental, life, and 401(k) plan.
