Engineering Technician II
Position Summary
As a Team Member of the Engineering Team, Engineering Technicians II are CRCR Ambassadors and take personal ownership to ensure all of their actions are in the best interest of the business.
Engineering Technicians II are responsible for performing assignments under minimal supervision and are responsible for maintaining all equipment, installations, fixtures, construction, and all related components as directed.
Position Functions
Essential Functions
• Assist with the repair and maintenance of CRCR, outbuildings, and vehicles.
• Perform groundskeeping and landscaping tasks.
• Perform minor construction, painting, plumbing, general carpentry, and installation of electrical circuitry.
• Maintain all electrical tools and maintenance equipment.
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects as assigned.
• Perform plumbing tasks, installing drainage pipes, and clearing clogs.
• Respond to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience and discomfort.
• Perform all assigned tasks under OSHA Safety regulations and compliance.
• Enter, update, and close tickets in the ticketing system, relaying issues to management if needed or required.
• Safely operate various hand and power tools and use them as intended.
• Other duties as assigned.
• May observe and assist with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and liquid propane kitchen equipment.

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
Preferred qualifications:
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC/R Certification.
