A Typical Day We aim to develop diverse talent towards future managerial roles for our manufacturing facilities.
The program offers access to accelerate development on the job and through other channels during a 6-month program Job Responsibilities Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects in an operations environment, having interaction with finance, maintenance and reliability, manufacturing technology, engineering, safety and quality.
Participating actively in the safety and food safety in our operations.
Learning on the job with experts, developing technical and soft skills and receiving coaching from your manager and peers.
Participating in structured learning (digital and instructor led) to develop your technical, professional and leadership skills with peers.
Develop technical skills while training on the process equipment.
What You Will Need •Internal Applicants must meet the following; Held level 4 or level 5 role in operations High School Diploma/GED plus 2 years related experience, OR Associate's degree in related field plus 1 year’s related experience, OR Bachelor's degree.
Active/past member of department safety team Experience as an On the Job Trainer In good standing regarding performance and attendance University Applicants must meet the following: Bachelor’s degree at program entrance in food science, business management, animal science, engineering or related field •Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
•Able to demonstrate development of leadership, critical thinking, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills.
•Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
What Will Put You Ahead Manufacturing experience.
Leadership experience.
Internal applicants: level 5 role in operations with demonstrated leadership capabilities University Applicants : minimum 3.

Where standing is required, there are rubber mats which are one-half inch thick.
