What you will do: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the projects team as well as projects from startup to closeout, including but not limited to quoting, scheduling, project coordination, billing, submittal documents, and project close-out documents.
Maintain strong communication between Projects Team and Management Manage Projects Team and support projects, vendors, and customers.
Prepare submittals for customer and engineering review.
Create pick tickets, purchase orders and tracking logs.
Track delivery dates and coordinate timely delivery to job sites.
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate.
Manage day‐to‐day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Understand pricing model and billing procedures.
Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Perform any other duties assigned that contribute to customer service, branch profitability and company success.
Practices good interpersonal relations, using tact, courtesy, a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers, pleasant telephone etiquette, and a general attitude as a representative of goodwill on behalf of the company at work or during company travel.
Handles difficulties with customers and co-workers with diplomacy and seeks assistance when needed.
What you will bring: Associate Degree (A.
A.
) and two to four years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the Electrical Distribution or Construction industry preferred, but not required.
Experience managing small projects from start to finish.
Proven ability to start and complete tasks and be detail oriented.
Possess in-depth knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office, etc.
Must be a team player and abide OneSource strong core values and beliefs.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Required to sit, speak, hear, read, type, use close and distance vision (about 5-8 hours per shift).
This position works in a normal office environment, with standard office equipment.
Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
while working in the office.
Work is generally non-sedentary in nature but may require sitting for up to 15% of the time.
Location: 1565 Ventura Lane Turlock, CA 93727 Salary Range: This is an exempt position that pays annual base salary of $56,800.
00 - $66,267.
00 annually if working full-time.
This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California.
